As a newcomer to the United States, I’m just beginning my journey into the realm of procurement and supply chain opportunities. It’s been about two weeks since I embarked on my job search, and I’ve noticed that securing an in-person interview isn’t as straightforward as I had anticipated.

Despite not expecting immediate job offers, I did hope for some initial feedback, such as interview invitations or phone calls. This has been a bit of a surprise, and it seems there’s much more to learn about the nuances of the job market here.
